Payment & Delivery

Items are shipped by courier between 10:00 ㏂ and 10:00 ㏘ on the next day after you have placed your order.
Courier shipping costs 400 RUR.

Next day shipping inside Moscow is available on orders placed between 12 am and 9 pm.

Your order will be delivered to your provided address at the pre-agreed time between 10 am and 10 pm. The delivery time may vary by at least 2 hours.

A courier will contact you 30 minutes before arrival. You’ll have 15 minutes to try on your selected items. If your order includes more than 6 items, an extra fee will be charged.
You are not allowed to try on your goods in shopping malls, restaurants, or cafés.

If you wish to try on your goods in the premises where the courier cannot access (buildings with access control, public places, etc.), you must make a 100% advance payment for your selected goods.

You pay for your selected items by cash. If you haven’t purchased any items, you only pay for delivery.

The specified shipping costs are only valid for shipping inside the Moscow Ring Road.

Items are shipped by „CDEK“ within 1–2 days.
Shipping costs start from 520 RUR.

Items are shipped by „CDEK“ within 1–7 days.
Shipping costs start from 750 RUR.

Items are shipped by „EMS Russia“ within 7–14 days.
Shipping costs start from 2,500 RUR.
